Remarks

Register this before exception-handling middleware when handled exceptions should be classified as Faulted with their final handled response status. The method is idempotent per linear application pipeline. Services must first be registered with AddRequestTrafficLogging(). This method activates ASP.NET Core UseHttpLogging() internally; consumers should not add a second UseHttpLogging() middleware for the same linear pipeline, because doing so can duplicate framework HTTP-logging processing around the single A4 traffic record.
